Referrals open once your first payment goes through. We send your link then — there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to claim.

Someone whose child would want this. There is no cap on how many friends enroll through your link.

When they pay for their first plan, $100 goes onto your account and comes off your next invoice automatically.
Referral terms
Who can refer
You can refer once you are paying for classes — that is, once your first payment has gone through. Until then there is no link to share, because the program is for families who already know what they are recommending.
Your account needs to be active when the credit is granted.
Who counts as a referral
The friend you refer must be new to Upcademy: no previous account, and no free trial class already taken with us.
They need to use your link when they sign up. If a friend arrives through more than one link, the credit goes to the one they used most recently.
When the credit is earned
A referral counts when your friend pays for their first plan — not when they book a free trial class, and not when they attend one. Their free trial class still comes first, exactly as it would otherwise.
We add the credit once their first payment has cleared.
What the credit is
$100 is added to your Upcademy account and comes off your next invoice automatically. If it is worth more than that invoice, the rest stays on your account for the invoices after it.
It pays for Upcademy classes and nothing else. It cannot be withdrawn, paid out or exchanged for cash, and we cannot refund it.
It does not expire.
There is no limit on how many friends you refer.
Whose credit it is
The credit belongs to the account and email address that referred. It cannot be gifted, transferred, sold or moved to another family’s account.
If a payment is reversed
If the friend you referred is refunded, or their payment is charged back, we may remove the credit it earned.
Fair use
Referring yourself does not count, and neither does a second account for your own household.
Please keep your link personal. It is not for coupon, deal or voucher sites, and not for unsolicited messages.
Where a referral does not look genuine, we may withhold the credit.
Changes
We can change or end the referral program at any time. Credit already on your account stays yours.
